This Suite has just become available and it is one of our best! Beautiful windows for exceptional light. Venting is no problem. It is directly at the loading docks, which include a 4 foot dock for 51' trailers. The Suite has an office, with direct visible to the customer who parks right outside the Suite. Also an overhead door allowing easy access for loading and unloading goods. Private bathroom. USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon etc come to the site daily for deliveries and pick ups. Industrially zoned for Mfg. woodworking, cabinetry, pick and pack, or any commerical need.
